Hello, We have used now couple of months Retro in our small dev team project managemetn and there is one urgent need we’d love to see, if it is not already there. Namely, we have several projects that is done in parallel only two coders.

Retro could be used also SCRUM type of project management by creating a separate “timeline” project where SPRINTs could be defined with an aid of milestone feature of Retro. However, this would need that it is possible to pick up tickects fron ANOTHER PROJECTS and include it to this “timeline” project. i.e. ticket sharing! When coder compele a task N (that include in project X) in “timeline” project, all changes would be done to this same ticket/task originally created under project X.

This way Retro would be also project time scheduling software…. or have we missed something, is this already possible? Retro is open source software, and therefore could be hacked freely … how difficult this kind of modification would be?

All comments are welcome.

Retrospectiva has a separate plugin to manage SCRUM like projects. It combines sprints (milestones), stories and specs (tickets) into a Product Backlog and a Sprint Backlog (with burn-down charts). The plugin is currently experimental (although I am using it in my team). I will need some time to make it publicly available.

BTW, everyone is invited to help, either by contributing code or with donations.
